The Hario Mizudashi is easy to use, dishwasher-safe and brews outstanding cold brew coffee. Cold water brewing produces a low-acidity, low-bitterness coffee, with a mellow mouthfeel and rounded sweetness that is typical of this brew method. Mizudashi comes in chocolate brown and is the ideal pot for making cold brew at home.
 
Instructions:
 
simply fill in the filter cone with your favourite Pure Roasters coffee, add room temperature water into the pot and stir the top grounds to let the coffee soak into the water fully. Once the coffee grounds are wet, store the cold brew pot in the refrigerator and leave it for at least 8 hours. Then, take the mesh filter out and drain it.
 
Order your coffee pre-ground for cold brew from us by selecting "Cold Brew" or grind your beans coarse (about the size of rock salt)
